Fees charged by for assisting during a crisis must be at a discount below retail (or free). Please remember that our goal is to help save horses, and an effort to help must not be considered an opportunity to generate a profit. Charging for fuel used is a typical practice of Fleet of Angels members. Recipients of FoA assistance often offer a tip / money gift, which may be accepted. Any member who assists for a fee without telling the horse owner what the fee will be in advance, will be removed from the Fleet of Angels emergency directory.
